These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ronwaresecuritycams.com and purchases from Ronware Security Cameras. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, compatibility information, and specifications. Manufacturers may change product features, packaging, or specifications without notice. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the device or screen used to view the website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and confirming that equipment is suitable and compatible with their intended system before installation. Contact Ronware Security Cameras before ordering if you need help determining compatibility.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping charges, and taxes may change without notice. The price displayed during checkout applies to that order unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Shipping, Returns, and Digital Products

Physical-product shipping, returns, restocking fees, exchanges, refunds, and digital-product purchases are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the requirements of that policy are met. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived when the customer exchanges the returned item for another product. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Ronware accepts responsibility for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Downloadable products are nonrefundable once downloaded. We will provide reasonable assistance when a customer experiences a technical problem accessing a purchased download.

Manufacturer Warranties

Eligible equipment may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, exclusions, duration, and replacement decisions are controlled by the applicable manufacturer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ronware Security Cameras does not create an additional product warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Installation and Safety

Security-camera installation may involve ladders, drilling, electrical connections, roofs, walls, network equipment, and outdoor conditions. Customers are responsible for following product instructions, applicable codes, and appropriate safety practices. Hire a qualified professional when work is beyond your knowledge, ability, or safe working conditions.

Surveillance and Privacy Laws

Customers are responsible for installing and operating cameras, microphones, recording equipment, and remote-viewing systems lawfully. Laws concerning video recording, audio recording, employee monitoring, neighboring property, public areas, and required notices vary by location. Ronware Security Cameras does not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney or local authority if you are uncertain about applicable laws.

No Professional Monitoring or Emergency Service

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, products and support offered through this website do not include professional security monitoring, emergency dispatch, law-enforcement notification, or a guarantee that crime, loss, damage, injury, or unauthorized access will be prevented.

Do not rely on this website, its chatbot, email, or ordinary customer-support channels for emergencies. Contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when immediate assistance is needed.

Guides and Technical Support
